Join Sodexo' as a Senior Property Manager based in Darwin, NT. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the management of a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard and leased to maximise returns. In this strategic position, you will play a key part in supporting Sodexo's growth and expansion in the commercial property sector.This role offers a generous Salary, Relocation Allowance and supplied local housing. What you'll be doingManage a portfolio of commercial properties, including office, retail and industrial spacesOversee all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations and financial reportingDevelop and implement property management strategies to maximise occupancy and rental returnsLiaise with clients, tenants and contractors to ensure excellent service deliveryPrepare and monitor budgets, financial reporting and key performance indicatorsIdentify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficienciesEnsure properties are compliant with all relevant legislation and regulationsProvide expert advice to internal stakeholders on all property-related matters What we're looking forMinimum 5 years' experience in a senior property management role, ideally within the commercial sectorDemonstrated expertise in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial propertiesStrong commercial acumen and the ability to develop and implement effective property strategiesExcellent customer service orientation and stakeholder management skillsProficient in using property management software and toolsThorough understanding of relevant property legislation, regulations and compliance requirementsExceptional organisational, time management and problem-solving skillsTertiary qualification in property management, real estate or a related field Why choose Sodexo?  Sodexo is a people business, employing over 400,000 people worldwide and thousands here in Australia.
